A retired New York Police Department Lieutenant with over 21 years of experience in patrol, investigation, and administration, Al holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Queens College, and a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology Management from CUNY Baruch College. He currently teaches security at both JFK International and LaGuardia airports, and previously served as an adjunct professor at LaGuardia Community College. Mr. Franceschina's extensive law enforcement background includes specialization in areas such as intelligence gathering, internal investigations, undercover prostitution/john operations, community relations and crime prevention, as well as designation of Detective, 3rd Grade. He holds licenses as both a Private Investigator and Private Detective in New York and Connecticut, and is fully bonded. He is also a Notary Public. Additionally, he is an Associate member of the Certified Fraud Examiners Association, and is currently pursuing a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation.

Employed at JP Morgan Chase in the Global Government Relations area, Trish has 15 years of experience within equity and corporate research. Prior to this, she spent 13 years in human resources both on Wall Street and for a management consulting firm. As the Campus Recruiting Coordinator, she recruited top talent from ivy league schools on the undergraduate as well as graduate levels. Trish was asked to join the Internet Strategy group at Salomon Smith Barney in 1999, where she developed and maintained a website for this group. Her technicals skills are unmatched, and she is considered an expert in this field. She holds a New York State Notary Public designation. Her professional work experience is also complemented by her undergraduate studies at St. John's University.
